FUNDRAISING EVENTS
In an effort to find a cure for brain cancer and to support families in need, fundraisers are organized each year. Since 2017, with the help of Herbish supporters, 7 events have raised $808,153 with a net profit of $572,687 (Includes $17,350 donated in 2020 when no tournament was held because of Covid).
Proceeds have directly benefited the following organizations:
1) Head for the Cure (brain cancer research) - $451,112
2) The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center (Patient Assistance Program) - $114,000
3) Midland Rape Crisis and Children's Advocacy Center - $2,850
4) Gifts of Hope - $2700
5) St. Jude's Children's Hospital - $2025
